In front of the house is a common terrace where you can relax and sunbath in the comfortable deckchairs.

Apartments are air conditioned and fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a TV (satellite), microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, large refrigerator, towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week.
