They are furnished in an elegant way, air-conditioned and provided with fireplaces, which create a pleasant and romantic atmosphere during the winter.

The first house, DOMAGOJ, measures 110m² and it is suitable for 4 persons. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, which are furnished in a comfortable manner.
The ground floor has air condition, and a living-room, which is divided in two parts; one part has a nice fireplace and it can be used for a cosy get-together; the other part can be used for watching TV (satellite-TV,DVD-player).
Further there are a fully-fitted kitchen and a bathroom(washing-machine) with shower. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom with a tub.
In front of the house there are a nice roof covered terrace with garden furniture, a grill place and a wash-basin.

"Domagoj" has a nice outdoor swimming pool(8x4), which also gets used by the guests of house MIRIAM; The pool area is provided with chaises-lounges and an outdoor shower.
Internet, safe and hairdryer. Baby-beds, a fitness room and a sauna are on request.

Our five beautiful Country houses, DOMMIVAA, which stands for Miriam,Domagoj, Valentina, Aurora and Mirta, are situated at the small and peaceful village of Burici, next to the small historical Istrian town of Kanfanar.
Located in the interior of Istria, but still only a stone-throw away from the coast (only 17km from Rovinj), Burici constitutes the perfect starting-point towards all the other historical towns such as Rovinj, Porec, Motovun or Sveti Vincenat...
The country houses are renovated in a local style (covered with white Istrian stone), they have all a full comfort equipment and access to a swimming pool. They are furnished in an elegant way, air-conditioned and provided with fireplaces, which create a pleasant and romantic atmosphere during the winter.

The third house, VALENTINA, is made for 5 people and its 90m² are divided in a ground floor and an upper floor.The ground floor has air-condition and consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace made of stone, satellite-TV, DVD-player, a fully-fitted kitchen and one bathroom (washing-machine) with shower. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and a big bathroom with two wash-basins and a tub. In front of the house there are a cosy, roof covered, terrace with garden furniture, a grill place and a wash-basin; in the courtyard, which belongs to the house, there is a parking place.

The fourth house, AURORA, measures 80m² and it is suitable for 4 people. It is divided in two floors; both are provided with air-conditioning. The ground floor consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace, LCD-TV, satellite-TV,DVD-player, a dining table, a fully-fitted kitchen and a WC (washing-machine). At the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double bed; both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. "Aurora" has two nice roof covered terraces with garden furniture.

The fifth house, MIRTA, is suitable for 4 people and it measures 120m², which are divided in two spacious floors, provided with air-conditioning. "Mirta" is kept in a very elegant style. The ground floor consists of a big dining-/living room with a nice fireplace, LCD-TV, satellite-TV and DVD-player; further there are a fully-fitted kitchen and a WC (washing-machine). From the living-room you come to a roof covered terrace with garden furniture, from where you directly reach a nice outdoor swimming pool. At the upper floor of Mirta there are two bedrooms with double bed, and each room has its own bathroom with shower.

In the courtyard there is an outdoor swimming pool (10x5), which gets also used by the guests of all three houses. The pool area is provided with chaises-longues and an outdoor shower.
Internet, safe and hairdryer. Cots, a fitness room and a sauna are on request.
A parking place for each house is provided.

The third and biggest apartment, Ap."1",is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. First floor
On the first floor is a bathroom with laminated wood and a hydro massage shower, toilet and three bedrooms.
Two rooms have double beds and have access to a large terrace.
The third room is where they separate beds which can then be merged into a double.
At guests disposal, on the first floor is a baby cot.
The living room is sofa which can be used as a bed for 2.

Apartment Dubrovnik Home is situated in a quiet area of the old town of Dubrovnik - in the Marina Getaldica (Getaldiceva) street, just 50 meters from the main street Stradun (Plaza). The very house was built several centuries ago and is a typical example of the urban architecture of old Dubrovnik.
House has been renovated recently, with all the infrastructure that meets standards of modern living. Bedroom is on the lower floor of the apartment, while kitchen with dining and living room and bathroom are on the higher floor. In our apartment you will have complete privacy, peace and everything required for romantic and unforgettable vacation.

In the circle of 50 meters there are post office, tourist agencies, internet-cafes, snack bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Bus station and taxi's are about 200 meters from the apartment.

House offer accommodation in 3 spacious air-conditioned and fully equipped apartments, one on each floor.
Accommodation capacity of apartments is 4+1 and 5 beds, each apartment has a big terraces with a wonderful view of the sea and the nearby islands which stretches all the way down to Makarska and the Peljesac peninsula.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have Sat TV and wireless Internet access free of charge.

Around the house is a garden with olive trees lavender, rosemary and others Mediterranean herbs where at guest disposal are outdoor barbeque and a large table under the pine tree.
Support walls of all the gardens with Mediterranean herbs (lavender, rosemary, etc.), are made of stone using the old traditional technique and so blend in the local surroundings and give the entire place a stamp of authenticity.

There are a dozen olive trees around the house, which produce enough olives for us to make our own olive oil every year, and we use the lavender flowers to make small souvenirs that we give to our guests as a memento for staying in our house.

Behind the house there is a 125m2 parking place for our guests that is illuminated at night.

Mimice is a small village situated 32 kilometers east of Split, and eleven kilometers east of Omiš, that gives you an opportunity to enjoy summer holidays on the Croatian Adriatic coast away from major cities and traffic jams. There are two main gravel and sandy beaches in Mimice, but more can be found in neighbouring villages.

An old 14 km gravel road built in the Napolen era is located just above the village. This road was once used as a main road, but today it is perfect jogging, walking and cycling path as it provides a great view of the islands and is surounded by olive trees, vineyards and forrests.
This old road connects the town Omiš and village Marušići.
