The apartments of Villa Adrian are situated in Borik (pine forest), which is a beautiful and calm district of the wonderful town Rovinj. Villa Adrian was built in 2006 and it consists of three nice apartments of different sizes, which are furnished in a modern and luxurious style.
Description and content of the accommodation:
The first apartment, Ap."0", and the second one, Ap."3", are both suitable for 2-4 persons. They measure 45m² and 48m².
Both are air-conditioned and furnished in a nice style. Each apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living-room with an extendible couch and a fully-fitted kitchen. The living-room is provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player.
The third and biggest apartment, Ap."1",is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. It has air-condition and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-TV, a DVD-player and a hi-fi system.
Each apartment has its own terrace, which is provided with garden furniture and loungers.
In front of the house there is one parking place for each apartment.
