Holiday House Niko offers comfortable accommodation with a low cost in five apartments, located in a newly build house in an old olive grove on a total area of 3000m. The house is located only 80 m from the pebbly sandy beach and 500 m from the center of Drace, a little village near Orebic.
Accommodation is suitable for a family vacations, holidays of a group of friends as well as fo r active holidays near Orebic.
In the natural and green environment for our dear guests we offer accommodation in 3 apartments and two studio apartments.
Description and content of the apartments
Apartments ID1 and ID3 consist of equipped kitchen with dining table and living room in one area, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and balcony with outdoor seating. Apart from the content, apartment ID 3 has satellite TV and Internet.
Apartment ID 5 is a comfortable apartment with a capacity of 6+2 beds. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave), dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. In the living room there is a large sofa that can serve as an extra bed for two adults.
The apartment is equipped with: satellite TV, cab.TV, VCR / DVD, air conditioning, flat internet, washing machine.
Apartment ID5 also has secured berth for smaller boats.
Parking for guests of the holiday house Niko is provided on a private parking lot in front of the house.
Guests have on use a barbecue which is located in a spacious courtyard in the shadow of the olive trees.
At only 80 meters from the house there is a beautiful sandy - pebble beach of the Drace bay.
The price includes: tourist tax and final cleaning
Additional offer: owner offers superb red and white wine of their own production, homemade liqueurs, brandy and olive oil.
Also in agreement with the guests, host prepare local roasted or grilled specialties.
Drače, is settlement and bay on the northern coast of Peljesac peninsula is located on the local road through the Peljesac Peninsula, 2 km northeast of Janjina and 30 km northwest of town Ston.
Drace, economy is based on farming and fishing. In the port of Drace (depth 1.3 to 3 m) which is protected from wind s are moorings for the smaller yachts.
