Apartment Bellevue is a beautiful and spacious apartment situated in Villa Laus, a beautiful stone house overlooking the sea, located only 200 meters from the sea, the beach and the old town of Cavtat.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and has a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Cavtat.
Accommodation capacity of the apartment is 4+2 beds and consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with private bath and private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV, which offers the possibility of two additional beds.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, internet access, bathroom with washing machine.
For our youngest guests we have provided a baby cot and a high feeding chair
In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests have on use the barbecue, spacious terrace with outdoor seating and sun loungers. The garden is fenced and safe for children to play.
Parking is provided in the private parking of the house.
The sea, promenade, beautiful beaches and the center of Cavtat with all main tourist attractions and facilities, are located 150-200 meters from the house.
