The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area and is ideal for family holidays.
House offers accommodation in two apartments with separate entrances and with capacity 2+2 beds.
Apartment ID1 is located on the ground floor , and ID2 apartment on the first floor of the house.
Both apartments are identical, and similarly furnished and consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and a spacious terraces.
In the living room there is an extra bed for two persons
Content of apartments: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet free of charge, cutlery and tableware, electric kettle, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer
Additionally guests have on use three terraces on the ground floor and one on an elevated terrace with an area of approx. 35m2, equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea
In the beautifully landscaped park of the house, with a Mediterranean herbs and flowers, guests have on use the covered pavilion with area of approximately 30m2 and a barbecue.
The environment around the house is spacious and safe for children's play.
