Apartments Viola offer comfortable accommodation in newly renovated apartments situated near the sea and beach of tourist town Silo on the island Krk.
The apartments are suitable for a family holidays in Silo, vacation of a group of friends as well as for an active holiday on the island Krk
The apartments are situated in a family house located in a quiet part of town, away from the main road
Accommodation is offered in two apartments with a capacity of 2+2 beds. The apartments are located in the western part of the house and have a parking within the fenced yard.
The apartments have an area of 45 m2 and are classified with 4**** stars (App1, ground floor) and 3*** stars (App 2, first floor).
Each apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, hallway and one volume that combines a kitchen, a dining room and living room with access to a large covered terrace of 22 m2.
The apartments have air conditioning (cooling and heating) and all equipment and supplies needed for a comfortable accommodate four persons.
Guests can use the beautifully landscaped garden with an external barbecue.
Within 400 meters from the house (less than 250 m air-line ) are: restaurants, shops, post office, ATM, ambulance, tourist board, .... promenade with beautiful pebble beaches, concrete beaches and sandy beach (Blue Flag ).
Šilo is a small town on the north side of the island Krk, which by the bridge is connected to the mainland.
The village does not have a hotel and is perfect for a relaxing holiday without the crowds.
Rental prices depend on the period of the season, and prices are as follows:

13.06.-04.07. and 29.08.-05.09. - 37 € / per night for 2 persons, extra bed 6 €
04.07.-18.07. and 22.08.-29.08. - 42 € / per night for 2 persons, extra bed 7 €
18.07.-25-07. and 15.08.-22.08. - 47 € / per night for 2 persons, extra bed 8 €
25.07. - 15.08. - 55 € / per night for 2 persons, extra bed 9 €
Accommodation for children up to 2 years (not using a bed) free of charge
Accommodation for children under 4 years 4 € / night
Accommodation for children up to 4 years in baby cot 5 € / night

Prices are per day (night) based on weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday). For shorter stays prices are increased by 30%.
