In the expanse of Slavonia, in place Tordinci, at surface of 4 hectares through farmers' gate we are entering on the property Acin Salas, a "šokačka" farm where everything smells of tradition.
Village Tordinci stretch on the road 12 km from Vinkovci, 24 km from Osijek and 14 km from Vukovar. It is an old settlement, first mentioned 1269th year. Tordinci lies on the left bank of the river Vuka north of Vinkovci. Not far from the village lies the remains of a large building which people called Garden or Turkish city in which are found objects from the 17th century and from the prehistoric times.
Acin Salas is farm with traditional values with the characteristics of former residence on the farms: with barns, čardak ( an old wooden house, typically two floors house. In the the past it was a symbol of the wealth of some families, individuals or organizations ), pig sty, horse stables, pigsty's, krušna peć ( traditional bread oven ), đeram ( The old device for extracting the water something like a wells ), smokehouse, ... e ctr.
We offer you accommodation in rooms decorated in traditional Slavonian ambiance. All rooms have private bathroom.
Along with a handful of other Slavonian customs like brandy distillation and other, here you can experience the life of the ordinary farm living of Slavonian household.
Food is prepared in the old way and achieves unforgettable gastronomic experience.
On the farm, food is served in the restaurant hall for up to 70 people and on an open terrace with capacity for up to 100 people.
With local and homemade sljivovica ( plum brandy ) and homemade wine, we offer all kinds of soft and alcoholic drinks.
Except in enjoying in the traditional living, food and drink on the farm is a big offer of an active holiday:
Driving in the horse carriages and in the winter sleigh with horses; play tennis on the big tennis court, available is an football field, boćalište (traditional game similarly to the bowling, but on open), horseback riding for children and adults.
On the farm particularly interesting are the Vietnamese pigs, and other domestic animals that can be seen on this farm.
