Premantura is surrounded by nature like not many places can boast, this is the southernmost place of the Istrian peninsula, in the municipality of Medulin, 10 km south of Pula.
Premantura is an experience, not just another place for vacation. Crystal clear sea waters and pristine natural beauty attracts many tourists who are looking for tranquility.
Apartments Bencic are situated in a family house that is located on a dead end street, in a quiet, peaceful and green environment near the sea, beach and center of Premantura.
The apartments are far away from the road and close enough to all major facilities.
To our dear guests we offer accommodation in two studio apartments for two persons and apartments with a capacity of 4 and 6+1 beds.
Each apartment has its own entrance and the garden table, chairs and parasol where you can eat and have a nice time surrounded by greenery in a beautifully decorated yard.
Wireless internet is available throughout the house.
Each guest receives a pilot for automatic opening doors and parking place on private covered parking lot of the house.
At guests disposal are 3 outdoor showers and 1000 meters of nice decorated green space around the house.
Polite hosts will wish you a warm welcome, and will offer you complimentary drink with homemade wine or brandy.
Bencic apartments are located in a house that is almost closest to the sea, the sea is at about 500 meters. The beach can be reached by footpath in the shade of pine forests or by car.
The center of Premanture is at 500 meters in the opposite direction from the beach.
The price does not include: registration fee, final cleaning.
Final cleaning: 25 € and 45 € less for large apartments.
The weekly changes of bed linen, towels and rest as needed.

Beach Munte located in Premantura and is one of the rare beaches adapted for blind people.
Beach Stupice is partly rocky as well as the coast of the peninsula. Here you can rent surfing boards, bicycles and boats, and on many playgrounds you can play tennis or volleyball.
Pjescana Uvala (Sandy Bay) The beach is ideal for children and non-swimmers due to slight the entrance to the sea, which is crystal clear and provides a pleasant feeling.
In early October the attractive meeting of windsurfers - Hallowind. For those who want to dive into the deep blue of the many diving centers in town.
South of the Premantura is Cape Kamenjak a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 kilometers of coastline. In a relatively small area, there are 530 plant species, including 20 species of orchids, some of which are endemic.
Kamenjak, because of its rich underwater world is a well-known scuba diving destination.
