Villa Marie is situated in a quiet environment of this tourist town, at only 250 meters from the sea, the beach, town center and all other tourist facilities.
The accommodation is ideal for a family holiday in Selce, vacation of a group of friends as well as for an active h oliday on the Crikvenica Riviera.
Accommodation is offered in six newly decorated apartments with sea views and a capacity of beds for two to six persons.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with tub and spacious and beautifully decorated terrace overlooking the sea. Apartments are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.
Guests have on use the outdoor grill, terrace equipped with garden furniture and shared, nice decorated garden with Mediterranean plants.
Daily rent includes: tourist tax 1 € / day / person, the consumption of water, gas, electricity, use of cutlery, linen and towels and final cleaning.
